Cancellation Policy
At Captain Clean, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
